İade Politikası
Tun’s Woods olarak müşteri memnuniyetini en üst düzeyde tutmayı amaçlıyoruz. Her ürünümüz, özgün tasarım ve el işçiliğiyle üretilmektedir. Ancak nadir durumlarda yaşanabilecek memnuniyetsizlikler için aşağıdaki iade koşullarını sunuyoruz:
🪵 İade Koşulları
• İade talebi, ürün tesliminden itibaren 14 gün içinde yapılmalıdır.
• İade edilecek ürün, kullanılmamış, hasar görmemiş ve orijinal ambalajında olmalıdır.
• Özel üretim, kişiye özel tasarım, büyük sandıklar veya talep üzerine yapılan ürünlerde iade kabul edilmemektedir.
📦 İade Süreci
1. İade talebinizi bilgi@tuns.com.tr adresine sipariş numaranızla birlikte iletin.
2. Talebiniz onaylandıktan sonra, ürünü belirtilen adrese kargo ile gönderin.
3. Ürün tarafımıza ulaştıktan sonra, inceleme süreci başlar (maksimum 3 iş günü).
4. İade onaylandığında, ödemeniz 7 iş günü içinde tarafınıza iade edilir.
🚚 Kargo Ücreti
• İade kargosu müşteriye aittir.
• Hasarlı veya yanlış gönderilen ürünlerde kargo ücreti firmamız tarafından karşılanır.
🔍 Dikkat Edilmesi Gerekenler
• İade sürecinde ürünün zarar görmemesi için özenli paketleme yapılmalıdır.
• İade edilen ürünün durumu, iade onayını etkileyebilir.

After approval, ship the product to the specified address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In case of incorrect or damaged product shipments, the shipping cost will be covered by our company.
