At Tun's Woods, we carefully prepare every order and ensure it is delivered safely and as quickly as possible. Below is basic information about our shipping process:
📦 Order Preparation Time
• Since all our products are handcrafted, order preparation time may vary depending on the product type.
• Preparation time for standard products: 1–3 business days
• For custom-made products: 3–7 business days
🌍 Delivery Regions
• We ship to all provinces throughout Türkiye.

🚛 Shipping Company and Tracking
• Orders are shipped via our contracted courier company.
• The tracking number will be shared via email after the shipment is dispatched.
• Delivery time varies depending on the region, but generally:
• Within Istanbul: 1-2 business days
• Other cities: 2–4 business days
💸 Shipping Fee
• Free shipping may apply during certain promotions.
• For standard orders, the shipping fee is added to your cart during checkout.
• For international shipments, shipping costs are calculated separately based on the country and product weight.
📍 Delivery Information
• The recipient must be present at the specified address during delivery.
• If the shipping company is unable to deliver the product, it will be redirected to the nearest branch.
• The customer is responsible for the second shipping fee for uncollected items.
🛠️ Damaged Shipments
• In case of damage during shipping, a damage report must be filed upon delivery.
• Damaged products must be reported within 3 business days at the latest.
