Is it possible to return personalized products?
No. By law, there is no right of withdrawal for products manufactured to meet your personal needs.
See Article 15 of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
What should I do if my products arrive damaged?
The legal provisions summarized below must be followed. Products without a damage report will not be accepted for return.
1. Legal Framework
• According to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection , the seller is obligated to deliver the product free from defects and in accordance with the contract .
• If a product is delivered damaged, broken, incomplete, or incorrect, this falls under the category of defective goods .
2. What Should the Customer Do?
• Inspection upon delivery: The product should be inspected upon delivery, and a damage report should be filed if any damage is found.
• Notification to the seller: Upon noticing the damage, the seller must be notified immediately in writing or verbally.
• Rights:
• Free repair of the product,
• Replacing it with a new one,
• Price reduction,
• Refund (cancellation of contract).
What is the return and exchange period in days?
• Consumers have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it.
Which products are non-returnable?
According to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts in Turkey, the right of withdrawal (return) cannot be exercised for certain products. These include categories such as personalized products, perishable foods, and products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons .
